This exquisite 100% Pure Raw Irish Honey is produced by our own Irish Honey Bees at our Apiary in Ballinora, Waterfall, Cork in the South of Ireland. The small batch production process ensures a unique flavor per lot, while maintaining the aroma, texture and taste of raw Irish blossom honey.

The unique flavor is attributed to golden nectar carefully gathered from the variety of trees and flowers the honey bees forage on: Willow, Crocus, Cherry blossom, Dandeloin, Lime, Blackberries, Clover, Primrose and a broad range of wildflowers.

Our Honey, is raw , unpasteurised and coarse cold filtered to retain the integrity of the enzymes and nutrients.
