Shipping & Returns

Enjoy complimentary shipping for orders totaling €70 or more on the Island of Ireland. For orders below €70, we provide various shipping options based on the weight and size of the items. Smaller non-honey items weighing up to 500g are dispatched through An Post.

Orders up to 10 kg can be shipped to anywhere in Ireland for only €5.00. We use tracking with an Post for these orders.

We ship to the rest of the world with a tracked courier service, shipping is calculated at checkout.

We offer local delivery to Cork City and Suburbs (aligned to city boundary) , select local delivery on checkout.

We offer free collection from Ballinora Bees Waterfall Cork or Ballincollig during business hours and weekends. Select Local Collection at checkout and please text or email in advance to arrange time.

Returns Policy:

All orders are typically processed within 1 to 5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Upon receiving your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Subsequently, you will be notified once your order has been shipped. Delivery usually takes 1 to 3 working days within ROI. Once the parcel is our couriers, we cannot be held responsible for delivery delays. If your order hasn't reached you within 5 working days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, please inform us.

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Upon receiving the returned item, you will be refunded excluding the shipping cost. In case your order arrives damaged, please email within 5 days info@ballinorabees.ie with your order number and a photo of the damaged item, and we will address the issue as quickly as possible.
